Mac and NT Demos
You may download a free installer of MGI for Macintosh OS 9 and WebSTAR 4.x or a demo installer of MGI for NT/2000 and IIS 4/5.
While we develop MGI for Macintosh OS X and Apache 2 (MGI 3),
the Macintosh OS 9 / WebSTAR 4.x version is FREE to download and use. You may download a fully functioning, unlimited installer by completing the demo registration form below.
When you complete the demo registration form, you will be presented with a link to download the Macintosh OS 9 / WebSTAR 4.x installer, a serial number and an authorization code to
activate the installer. You may run the Macintosh OS 9 / WebSTAR 4.x with as many domains as you can fit on a single web server AND you may run it on multiple web servers (the license
allows for up to 5 separate servers).
The MGI installer for NT/2000 and IIS 4/5 MGI is a demo version. The demo version functions fully, but displays a "demo" header and footer on all pages processed by MGI (it does
NOT affect the display of pages processed by other programs on your server such as ASP or PHP). The demo does not time out, so you my test MGI as long as you need.

MGI 2 Installers and Updates
To install or re-install MGI, download the latest MGI installer. If you have an existing version of MGI installed on your web server, re-installing MGI will NOT overwrite your data such as
preferences and databases. By default, a new installation of MGI is in demo mode. You may enter your MGI serial number and authorization code during the installation process OR
after installation using the MGI Server Admin web interface. NOTE: The web server should be quit or stopped during installation.
To update MGI, you may use the Version Tracker feature of the MGI Server Admin or download and replace specific module files.
