Unfortunately, PagePlanet Software cannot provide direct technical support to third-party end users of our products (e.g., the customers of an ISP who purchases MGI). End users, however, may join one of the listserves where our technical staff and expert users can offer support and ideas. Our gracious users are very responsive to requests.
