PagePlanet Software began developing MGI version 1 during 1997 in conjunction with PagePlop, a commercial web hosting company owned by the princials of PagePlanet Software. MGI 1 was tested by our web hosting clients and was subsequently enhanced and released as commercial software for Macintosh in March 1999. MGI 1 was developed until MGI 2 was released in early 2001.
